Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Shipping 


Items available and in stock will ship 3 - 5 business days after payment is cleared. You will receive an email confirmation with your order number once your order has been successfully placed. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e., in the case of pre-order and/or backorder)

OPTION A: No Refunds/Credit:

Thanks for purchasing our products! We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at admin@highervoicestudio.com with details of the product and the defect.

If we determine you are eligible to return the defective item, please mail the product to:  _______________.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, per our refund policy below.

OPTION B: Returns

Thanks for purchasing our products! In order to be eligible for a refund or credit, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged.

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at admin@highervoicestudio.com and we will work with you to correct the issue. 

For returns:

OPTION 1: You are responsible for the cost of shipping returns and any damage that occurs during shipping. Items damaged during shipping may not be eligible for return. Return items should be mailed to:

OPTION 2: In order to return your item, please download your prepaid shipping label here. Place the item in the original packaging or your own packaging with the return label and seal and place the prepaid shipping label on the outside of the package. Make sure there are no other labels on the package or they are properly covered. We are not liable or responsible for any shipping issues or damage to items during shipping.  Items damaged during shipping may not be eligible for return.

After we receive your item, it will be inspected to determine if it is eligible for refund or credit. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Refunds & Credits

A refund or credit will be issued once we have received and approved your returned items. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

OPTION 1: Refunds or credits shall be the original cost of the product. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

OPTION 2: Refunds or credits will be the amount originally charged for the product minus any initial and return shipping and handling charges. 

 Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. If you choose to have store credit, it will show up on your account. Credits do not expire.  

Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers. We are not liable for any delay in processing.

Cancellation Policy


Option 1: All purchases of an event, presentation, or class (“Service”) are final and nonrefundable. Any full partial refunds or credits for cancellations shall be at the sole discretion of ______________ (the “Company”). If there are any technical issues in our delivery of any service, please contact us at admin@highervoicestudio.com

Option 2: If you have to cancel your purchase, you are eligible for a refund or credit if you cancel at least ___ days prior to the scheduled event, presentation, or class (“Service”). Cancellations after that time period will not be eligible for any refund. If there are any technical issues in our delivery of any service, please contact us at admin@highervoicestudio.com

If you are purchasing a recurring subscription Service, you must cancel at least ___ days before your next billing date in order to not be charged for your next billing. We will not refund any fees already paid to us. Following any cancellation notice you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. 

Company reserves the right to cancel all or a portion of a Service at any time. Any full or partial refunds or credits for Services cancelled by Company shall be at the sole discretion of Company and will be communicated in the cancellation notice, if applicable. Company is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you in preparation for any Service, including, but not limited to, transportation costs and/or specialized apparel or equipment.
